During my time on the Sky engagement, I delivered high-quality features across different product hubs to be used by thousands of end users. Our team worked collaboratively with UI/UX and stakeholders in an agile process to deliver software that prioritised usability and accessibility for a wide range of end users.
Involved working with global teams and solution designers to deliver full stack features in a high-pressure large-scale environment, liaising with senior stakeholders and higher-ups of the Sky enterprise to present and iterate on feature requirements and functionality. Tech highlights include JS frontend and GraphQL layer, using Tailwind + EmotionJS for styling and Jest, Playwrights, and Selenium for testing.
Laterally engaged as Senior dev on Sky mobile project, helping build and plan customer journeys to enable sales into a new market.
Features highlights include:
Intelligent Recommendations - Implementing smart recommendations based on a customer's existing products to enable Sky agents to recommend more appropriate and helpful products. Along with providing the platform’s first analytics implementation via Adobe Analytics, which allow the business better insights across the app.
Order tracking implementation - Collating and stitching together large amounts of data from multiple different data sources to create a scalable and adaptable implementation of order tracking that could be expanded easily by other teams across Sky.
